Hotel Reservations

Special room rates of $209 per room, per night are available for conference attendees. This special rate is offered Friday, April 24 to Wednesday, April 29 at the Loews Coronado Bay Resort. Call 800-815-6397 to make reservations. Mention that you are attending the Nielsen Claritas Conference to secure your special rate. Please make your hotel reservations by April 3. After this date, hotel availability is not guaranteed.

Attire

Casual attire is appropriate. Bring a sweater or light jacket for the evenings. For the Tuesday evening event, you may opt for dressy/cocktail attire.

Air Travel & Ground Transportation

Attendees must make their own air and ground arrangements. Local shuttle or taxi service is available from the San Diego airport to the hotel.

The Loews Coronado Bay Resort has a wonderful concierge staff. Please call 619-424-4000 and ask for the concierge desk if you would like to make arrangements for entertainment before and after the conference.
